I have been awarded the Norwegian Crafts and American Scandinavians’ grant for participation in Pilchuck’s Summer Programmes 2025, Session 06 Nature and Illusion.

About the Workshop
The workshop Super‑Vision / Duo‑Lingo was guided by Guest Artists Alicia Lomné and Sayaka Suzuki.
Students explore two different approaches to pâte de verre, creating color samples, clay models, rubber molds, waxes, and refractory molds. The class covers applying color through design, inlay, and layered techniques to achieve painterly effects. Students also learn how to reverse‑engineer images into pâte de verre design.
